Two jobs simultaneously. Boggs Contruction Partnership in housing and road industry. Baxter Real Estate Broker with Century 21. Also, attended Eastern University with major in accounting and minor in real estate management. The town was small with contruction and real estate industries with heavy competition.

Pros and Cons
Freedom to build customer base. Establish business relationships. Learn laws and processes.
Self-employment difficult and competitive, low ethics in the community persons, and low salary.

I have worked for Baxter for 15 years until November 30. They close the plant down. Baxter allowed you to move up in the company, exercise your skills and opportunity to grow.

I came to Baxter for a better pay and better experience. The job has a good clean and well lighted job and the people on were very friendly and helpful. The hourly wage was fair and acceptable. It was a growth of a company. The experience was great. Learning new skills and techniques was great. Figuring out the problem was challenging but fun. I loved the job and I hated that the plant is closing on the 30th of November 2023. It’s heart breaking for a lot of the workers and it will affect the community as well.

Pros and Cons
More experience and inspection
Sometimes it could be hot . It depends on where u were working

I’ve worked here for 27 years and Baxter purchased the company about a year ago. Although I have not been working for Baxter long, I see they take pride in helping our customers be able to help their patients.

Pros and Cons
The communication is good
Not enough parts to complete repairs in a timely manner

They have great technology and automated systems but lacks luster in management, benefits and work life balance. Leading company who pays less than average wages. Advancement opportunities are political.. High school minded based on popularity vs. qualified knowledge.

Pros and Cons
Technology and learning opportunities. Potlucks
