BayCare Health System was established with a mission to enhance the health of all we through community-owned, health care services. The healthcare system that was founded in 1997 by a core group of local hospitals today evolved as integrated system with 15 hospitals all not-for-profit and driven by the same objective of bestowing high-quality, compassionate care healthcare services. BayCare is built upon a quality model that emphasizes the concept of continuous improvement.
