The first time I worked for Monsanto as part of a team of consultants, and I really loved the experience. I returned to work at Bayer as an individual contractor and was happy to have them extend my contract. I would return to Bayer for work again and I hope to do so in the future.

Pros and Cons
team members meetup after work
Every team has a very different culture based on the leadership.

This location is so interrelated it is ridiculous. Everybody is either related to each other (or had relatives that worked there), went to school with each other, or has been in some kind of a relationship with each other, supervisors included! If there was an anti-nepotism clause, the place would be decimated, and if you upset one person, you WILL be persecuted and pushed out. Good luck.

Pros and Cons
money is good
people are a closed system with very few exceptions. Wear your armor plate on your back.

Pros and Cons
Small environment with pretty simple task with a 5 day work week being Mon-Fri
It’s so small that their almost like family so if you find yourself not fitting in find a new job

Working for such a large corporation i sometimes had to actually think...Hhmm am I at work or just a get together. Management was great and they always admired anyone with ideas to make the warehouse safer to work in or some idea that could streamline the order process. Their doors were always open. Couldn't ask for a better place to work. If it hadn't been for relocating to New York, I would still be employed by them.

Pros and Cons
Catered meals for everyone. They always had at inventory time.
If you couldn't do the work you were not kept.
