I greatly enjoyed my time here at Bealls, I actually worked in two different locations, and both were family oriented, and employees got along well. Ability to promote from within, and learn all responsibilities of the role.

Great employees that felt more like being with family all day.
The wages, and when promoted, the increases in salary does not represent the work

Good job at first til one day for some reason they got rid of all the latino drivers. Not sure now but management back then got pretty bad and hateful
