As Beauty Ambassadors, we welcome prospects into the beauty zone and engage them as they enter the store, create deep emotional connections between the customer and our brand. The Beauty Ambassadors develop personal relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and engagement, become an influencer of the beauty brands that we carry, both in stores and on social media. We assist customers with their beauty goals and concerns, with product recommendations and the selection of and application of beauty, help customer bridge the in-store and online beauty encounters so that they engage the company both in stores and digitally, allow customers to experiment with different beauty products and assist them in the application process.
Core tasks:
- layout customer service through knowledge and awareness of product within the department, execution of promotional activities and events
- complete client's transactions on the tablet device and by walking them to checkout
- ensure a clean, well-presented beauty area that is pleasing to the customer
- track production and personal sales goals, focusing on exceeding goals
