I love working with Bechtel. I enjoyed my job so much, and the salary and benefits are excellent. But the downside of the project base job is everything has it's end, you need to move to the next one, it's okay if the next one is the same location, but there are times that it's hard to move especially uprooting the whole family. Definitely I will go back working with Bechtel when opportunity comes to our area.
Pros and Cons
The values and policies, you can feel that you're protected. Second the salary and benefit.
The downside of being working with the project, that everything has it's end.

Horrible management and retaliation and favoritism happens constantly. No growth if you aren't a favorite.
