Also, we develop and implement treatment plans, maintain progress reports, and provide support to the patients. As behavior support specialists, we observe and assess the patients' behavior and maintain the patient's treatment reports. Communicating with patients' families to ensure that the treatment plans are working well is our responsibility as well.
