About Behavioral Consultant

What does a Behavioral Consultant do?

As Behavior Consultants, we are responsible for designing and implementing intervention plans for people suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder and other development disabilities. We collect and analyze data for better designing of intervention plans. We use the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis to help patients treat their behavioral disorders. It is our responsibility to monitor the treatment team and the plan to verify compliance to set principles. In case of any problem in implementation of behavioral intervention plan, we resolve the problem. We also revise the treatment plan to make it more effective. It is our duty to document the treatment process of a patient and prepare detailed reports.

Core tasks:

  • prepare behavioral intervention plans for patients suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • monitor the implementation of treatment plans to ensure maximum results
  • amend the treatment plan if needed to make it more effective
  • prepare necessary paperwork concerning treatment of a patient
