About Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

What does a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator do?

As Behavioral Health Care Coordinators, we are responsible for overseeing the operations of behavioral health care team. It is our job to act as a communication channel between primary and behavior health care teams to ensure providence of better health care services to patients. We are responsible for managing the intake process of patients in the behavioral health service department. We facilitate the patients in getting conventional behavioral health services. We coordinate with the behavioral health staff to make sure all the operations are running smoothly. We also assist patients in following their treatment plans and addressing their concerns. It is our prime duty to ensure safety and integrity of patient's record.

  • manage the operations of behavioral health services
  • assist the patients in getting appropriate behavioral health services
  • manage records of patients and ensure confidentiality of the data
  • assist patients in following their treatment plans
