Our job is to carefully listen to the problems defined by the patient and work on the ways to overcome them. We derive out personalized and effective treatment plans for patients to get rid of certain harmful behaviors. We also teach coping mechanisms to patients to help them properly manage a stressful situation. It is our job to recommend the activities and exercise that will help the patient in adopting healthy behaviors and eliminating the unhealthy ones.
