The specialist learns to use correct data sources and the main CB processes in HRL. EXPERIENCE DESIRED: At least 4 years of direct work experience handling benefits and compensation matters. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation. Analyze, review, recommend, and obtain approval for changes to compensation and benefits at the state level. Responsible for the data cleaning, preparation of reports, and the data accuracy. Assist in development of policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function. Participate in market and salary surveys; analyze trends in both benefits and compensation. Participates in HR projects and provides inputs for the successful completion of projects. Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning. BENEFITS Assist in the administration of benefit plans and programs in accordance with plan documents, insurance carrier, vendor agreements and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
