Description

As Benefits Counselors, we are responsible for managing the employee benefits program within the organization, providing accurate work incentives planning and assistance to beneficiaries. We design, implement, monitor, and assist employees in benefits enrollment activities. In addition, we are responsible for calculating the cost to company for each benefit offered, conducting presentations that educate employees about their benefits, and informing employees about any changes to the benefits structure.

Core tasks:

  • assisting employees with the enrollment process for savings and insurance schemes
  • communicating with insurance and savings providers to resolve any occurring issues
  • ensuring the organization’s benefits and leave-of-absence policies observe legal provisions
  • keeping up-to-date records of each employee’s benefits profile
