We communicate with employees and try to understand their needs and provide them benefit packages. We assemble employee information regarding benefit products such as insurance and vacation time and conduct cost analysis before selecting their benefits. We also supply documents to employees, related to enrolling and maintaining their benefits coverage. We answer any questions asked by employees related to their benefits and report to the management if there is a problem and ensure services are supplied according to the agreement.
