Bentley School is located in Oakland, California and they motivate inquiry, academic excellence, personal achievement, and character by engaging its students’ intellect and creativity. They offer services such as K-12 Education, Independent School, Transformative Education, and College Prep. They have a Hiller Campus that can be found in Oakland and it does include the Lower School (grades K-5) and Middle School (grades 6-8). The Bentley School is managed by an independent institution that is controlled by a Board of Trustees. These boards of trustees are also responsible for setting up goals and policies that direct the Bentley and monitoring performance. The Board of Trustees appoints an administrator known as the Head of School to assume his/her administrative duties. The school is also fully certified and accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS)/Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Bentley School is looking for individuals who will become teachers, staff, or administrators as well as bringing skills, qualities, and experiences in the execution of its duties.
