Terrible, unprofessional atmosphere. no communication between the leaders of the company and that has a trickle down effect. Either they keep dead wood for too long or don't give new people a chance. The place is catty, toxic and weird. The CEO is insecure; but when your father. owns the company, you better step it up. If you interview there, make sure the role you are looking for is clearly defined. Lots of wasted interviews on roles they can't quite decide what they are looking for. Interviewing, taking the job and being let go, weather it is 5 days or a year is playing with peoples' lives. Insurance coverage ends the day you are terminated. Not even through the end of the month. Cowardice from the top down.
