It also specializes in information management services, media, public relations, pupil transportation, and many more. It was established in 1971 and has its headquarters in Reading, Pennsylvania. Since it started its operation, the agency's mission has been to provide the best resources, innovative services and programs. These things are designed to improve the educational and social services for the children, families and the community.
