I was an employee in this facility of several years. I loved my residents and the job that I did, but the management in this facility lacks basic common sense and compassion. The greed and narcissistic behavior brought by the Director is concerning to say the least. I am not a “disgruntled employee”, but I am someone who loves the elderly and wants to see their cares taken seriously. You will not find that at Bickford of Burlington.
Pros and Cons
You get managements left over pizza.
No breaks, hostile environment, bad management, careless coworkers, below average pay, no support.

Great place to work. Coworkers are caring and kind. It was great to be a part of their team. The residents for the most part were really nice and appreciative of the care provided to them. Enjoyed the time I worked there.
