Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire is a non-profit organization. It was founded in 1958, and headquartered in Santa Ana, CA. It aims to provide the specialized services of Youth Mentoring, Social Emotional Learning, Youth Development, Mentoring Program, 501©(3) non-profit organization, STEM Programs, Community Engagement, Volunteer, Leadership Development, and Workforce Development. Every child is born with promise, according to Big Brothers Big Sisters. Despite this, one-third of America's youth are growing up without a mentor and they help them conquer obstacles including poverty, inadequate housing, absentee parents, and a lack of educational opportunities. They also provide pathways for depressed & disconnected youth to achieve their educational dreams and succeed in living-wage careers.
