About Bilingual Case Manager

What does a Bilingual Case Manager do?

As Bilingual Case Managers, we are tasked with assessing the latest changes in the medical and housing laws in multiple countries and translate the most important parts to the boards of executives before forwarding them to other staff members. We coordinate with minorities in their local language and help them go through the process of house eviction or domestic abuse while informing them about their rights. We also advocate on their behalf with lawyers or law enforcement officers and always be present when the situation calls for it.
