Billing Analyst I Responsibilities Requirements Work Environment:

Our Fortune 500 Telecommunications partner located in the Tampa, FL area is searching for an Analyst to join their growing enterprise team. As an Analyst you will be responsible for researching and analyzing work order activity in the billers and Sales Force data in support of billing assurance, support business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements for overall work order and billing sync account accuracy. In addition, you will be communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution across pending work order. • Responsible for reviewing, researching and resolving work order activity such as install, disconnect, changes, service related
• Work in many Billers, Sales Force, and other systems to gather information to resolved aged work order activity and validate future work order activity
• Research and document internal processes to deliver documentation that is accurate and complete
• Facilitate change to improve the various areas such as customer and business satisfaction, cycle time, waste reduction, quality improvement, increased awareness of risk, and effective communication within internal Sales, OM departments
• Generating and updating daily and monthly status reports
• Experience working with Sales Force
• Experience and knowledge of Telecommunications broadband products and services
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Initial training program to get ramped up on internal system knowledge
• Ability to work with multiple systems/applications
• Fast paced
• Business casual attire
• 40 hours per week- Monday through Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am- 6:00pm
• Location: Riverview, FL
