About Billing Coordinator

What does a Billing Coordinator do?

As Billing Coordinators, we support invoice preparation for internal and external billing purposes. We coordinate with sales and operations personnel to analyze pending bills and resolve issues. We assist the customers in the review of invoices. We also plan, supervise and analyze billing and collection activities.

Core tasks:

  • developing strategies to improve cash collection and documentation performance
  • supervising and evaluating billing staff performance and providing feedback
  • assigning and reviewing work of billing staff
  • developing revenue targets and making sure that targets are met
  • coordinating with the financial administration team to evaluate accounts
