What does a BIM Manager do?

Functioning as BIM Managers, we are responsible for providing assistance to the management of the BIM tasks and projects. We provide constant support to the workers in the project development. We also participate in the review processes of the new findings and metrics of the BIM projects. In the role of BIM Manager, we are accountable for training the newly hired team members about the preparation of presentations and other work. We also verify the collected information about the secret security clearance. We travel from site to site to address the queries of our customers. We also utilise new BIM technologies for developing advanced models.

Core tasks:

  • preparing 3D logistics plans
  • verifying the visual method statements

  • assisting the project management teams
