While working for this employer, I was undermined by a senior scientist who never came in on time showed up around 11 am only to go to lunch on the company's credit card. When I started I had just graduated with my bachelors degree but was training people on assay execution's who had their PhD. Total disconnect on responsibilities and job titles. I held the lowest position & title while training multiple individuals with higher positions, job titles, and compensation rates. I was given a merit increase and told it was based on my performance & right start time ability only to find out everyone brought in at the same time as me with the same job title. Got the same rate increase since they had started everybody out below the value of their original offer letter. If you're one to blow smoke and hide behind mirrors, this is the company for you. The dynamic is one of a fraternity or sorority, playing favorites and holding popularity contest instead of acknowledging hard work and dedication
