Black Hills Energy

I started at Centel, and it was bought out by several companies until the final company was Black Hills Energy. I worked various jobs from Customer Service Associate to Meter Reader, and Power Plant Operator. The majority of my time was spent dealing with the customers of Black Hills. As a Meter Reader I had daily contact with customers answering various questions about the meter reading process and billing for their energy. The last years at Black Hills Energy was spent as a Customer Service Assoicate dealing with customers in person and on the phone. Answering questions, trying to resolve billing issues, and getting new service starts.
