The company is good. HR is good. However, after they brought a new manager, he was trying to save money and promote people from the floor as a maintenance supervisors and technicians. These people dont have the proper training to handle issues, they also have bad actitud with the people who has better skills even than them. For that reason one of the supervisor call mark try to hold u down because he doesnt have no skills and the best way in his mind to show who is the boss is by creating a bad atmosphere around the department and the manager does not do anything to fix it because he likes to be aware of any comments, and he loves the kind of people that always have to say something about someone in the team. The company overall is good. However, maintenance department have to be restructure. Dont carr about safety and it is because 90% in the department dont understand electrical concepts. Somebody might get hurt. Trust me, i saw many of them getting electrocuted, in the daily basis

Pros and Cons
Good overall
No cons just the company have to take a look to the maintenance department
