After working for this company for 27 years, I don't know if there is enough room in this little box to say what I want to say. I'm happy to be moving on. I miss my co-workers more than anything because we were battling the same war everyday.

I worked tbere for 13 years. Started out in customer service and went into different claim areas after that. I had a hard time my whole 13 years. Micromanagement and a strong fight to keep my audit numbers up and accurate kept me frustrated. Plus, I swear almost every boss gave me trouble. I stayed because they had fabulous benefits at the time.

I workef for BCBSMN for 13 years. I traveled through many jobs in the company. Great training department. Great benefits for longevity. Great benefits. Micromanagement is rampant! Too top heavy with management. No bonuses.
