As a 22 year retired police officer, seeking to stay in the work force through age 62, I thought BNY seemed like a good fit. The entire environment is “pass the buck” to avoid accountability. I have never seen a larger ship of cowering rats disguised as supervision. Decent pay, benefits etc….and on paper it all looks well organized. STAY CLEAR, better to earn less and feel part of team elsewhere. FYI I was promoted while there and left on my own, this is not a bitter review…..absolutely unbiased

The IT side of the business is fine if you want to be overworked, under payed and yelled at for doing your job.

After having worked for over 4 years in the same role and delivering more than asked for, there was no prospect for growth and annual performance reviews were a joke.
