They do not value their veteran employees and do massive unexpected layoffs. Salaries are half of current market and they've taken all the previous perks away, even the water and tea in the breakroom. Not a good long-term commitment if you're planning a career.
Pros and Cons
Great health care and flexibility.
No pay raises and they'll keep piling on the work and cutting your department.
