Boston Children's Hospital Company Reviews and Ratings

Boston Children’s Hospital is an amazing place for patients and families. Their drive and values translate to employees working extremely hard to provide the best possible care for patients. Unfortunately, that can result in being overworked, being expected to take on more than you can handle, and if you don’t, you won’t be considered for a promotion. Not to mention, the promotions are at a snails pace with 2-3% raises each year. The hospital also has a lot of politics within management. Most managers have been there their entire career and don’t have any outside perspective. There’s often a lot of favoritism which results in only the outgoing, over the top employees being promoted because they play the game and typically aren’t even that good at their job. It’s unfortunate because it’s a great place to be, but the workplace politics did not allow for career growth in my early career. It was fine for a couple of years, but not long-term, in my opinion.
Pros and Cons
