The Boy Scouts of America's Denver Area Council (DAC) was founded in 1913 and moved to its current headquarters in Lakewood, Colorado, in 2009. The purpose has remained the same throughout the years: to train young people to make ethical and moral decisions throughout their lives by instilling in them the principles of the Scout Oath and Law. Scouting, which was founded in 1910 on the principles of making a difference through civic service, offers high-quality youth programs that develop strong character and leadership abilities while also improving communities. They are committed to developing all youth into future leaders as their community grows and diversifies. With over 2.4 million adolescent participation and approximately one million adult volunteers, the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is one of the largest Scouting organizations in the United States. The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) was founded in 1910, and since then, more than 110 million Americans have engaged in BSA programs.
