Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee's purpose is to help and motivate all young people, particularly those in need, to achieve success as productive, compassionate, and responsible citizens. They are Milwaukee's biggest and leading youth-serving nonprofit. Founded in 1887, they now operate 51 sites across Milwaukee and Waukesha County, serving over 41,000 teenagers. They are dedicated to developing, maintaining, and sustaining a diverse and inclusive culture. Its most significant asset, they feel, is its human capital. Individual variations, life experiences, expertise, and self-expression, they think, make up a big part of their culture and character for success. Employees are eligible for the following benefits: life insurance, 401k plans, employee referral programs, wellness, and personal days. Job opportunities available are for club managers, administrative coordinators, academic coordinators, and program educators.
