Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Branch Branch Compliance Manager supporting daily compliance operational tasks including mail/check processing, marketing materials updates and replenishing, document scanning and uploading, and compliance support for the field force with digital and print content. This role will also assist with daily tasks that need to be completed for our branch to run efficiently including receiving our clients and guests in person and on the phone, processing and disseminating mail and parcels, and proactive and reactive problem solving for branch associates. Finally the Branch Administrative Assistant will support the management staff with additional tasks as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

AXA Advisors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team-member that is able to coordinate/collaborate as well as be effective working independently. The right individual will possess research and data gathering ability, strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks, and must have excellent proofreading ability. Basic to intermediate word processing and spreadsheet knowledge is helpful. Previous experience in a professional environment and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

TASKS

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
