About Branch Coordinator

What does a Branch Coordinator do?

Working as Branch Coordinators, we are responsible for all daily aspects of running the Branch. We ensure the profitability of the branch with a high level of customer satisfaction. Developing and maintaining a clear level of communication with Business Development is our job. We ensure that branch employees follow the Core Values at all times. It is our responsibility to train and coach all new Hires for the branch. We mitigate any issues with the employees. Working with Sales, we find solutions for any staffing complaints from customers. We perform daily and weekly payouts for the employees. We also handle all Workers Compensation claims. Scheduling job fairs and scheduling branch employee participation is our responsibility.

Core tasks:

  • oversee and take part in recruiting for all staffing needs
  • help ensure smooth operations and the customer experience
  • establish a work schedule for branch employees
  • mediate all employee issues
  • organize and coordinate branch office duties and procedures
