What does a Branch Operations Manager do?

As Branch Operations Managers, we are responsible for managing the entire operations of a branch. We ensure that the branch office has all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order and attainment of sales goals. We ensure that financial advisors, sales assistants, and other staff members have the necessary tools and infrastructure to perform their jobs. Ensuring smooth branch operations and liaising with the main office to enhance operational activities of the branch is part of our daily responsibilities. We support branch managers in developing a local market sales plan and work with branch personnel to meet annual sales targets. Working as Branch Operations Managers, we prepare and present sales presentations to customers and provide the best customer service.
