What does a Branch Sales Manager do?

As branch sales managers, our job is to drive forward sales activities of a specific business branch of our organization. Leading and managing a team of sales professionals, we aim to reach and surpass sales performance goals set by corporate management. We develop and manage the branch customer portfolio and build supplier relationships in order to maximise sales opportunities.

Core tasks:

  • developing and implementing strategies to achieve assigned performance goals
  • managing sales team (hiring, training, developing, performance management)
  • implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • managing sales budget
  • providing feedback to corporate decision-makers
