About Brewer

What does a Brewer do?

As Brewers, our job is to assist in the production of beer. We are primarily responsible for involving in the whole process of making alcoholic fuels and beverages. Being Brewers, our chief duties include choosing and evaluating the grain or malted barley that is used in making beer. We add hops, yeast, water, and other required ingredients, and monitor the fermentation rate. We ensure high-quality beer before and after being filtered. Some of us are also tasked with operating milling machines.

Core tasks:

  • operate milling machines and monitor them
  • prepare beers and ensure their maximum quality
  • comply with companyโ€™s policies
  • monitor the temperature and pH level
  • identify any issue and fix it efficiently
