I worked for Bright Horizons for 7 years one morning I got a call from my supervisor and was informed I was being let go this happened right before Thanksgiving. There was no reason for this except I was making more per hour because of my longevity and they felt they could pay someone much less. They claim to be family friendly, but I did not find this to be the case at all.

Pros and Cons
I worked from home 3:30am to 12:00pm
They will let you go without warning

You can grow with education but if you don’t have the proper team support nothing changes. Parents are unhappy and the kids learn nothing. The staff only care about whom they might be working with not the lesson plan they are supposed to be teaching the children. Ratio of teachers to child be off and no one cares.

Pros and Cons
Company discount
No support from the leaders
