I worked at this company for nearly 17 years. They decided to eliminate RN’s in management and have the Field nurses report to Vocational people. They then told us to things that were not ethical or moral. They also told us to bill more hours than we were paid for or we would be written up. When it was pointed out this was illegal, they let us know they knew company policy.
