Originally was signed up for a 1 year contract. Contracts have to be renewed every 3 month. Even though the project length was originally specified, after 6 months it was decided not to renew & manager behaved as if he never knew about signed up for length of time, even though it was double-checked during the interview process. When I asked the manager for a LinkedIn recommendation, I was told that the company policy prohibits him from doing it - NEVER heard anything like this before.
