What does a BSA Officer do?

Working as BSA Officers, we are liable for analysing the multiple business systems in our company to gather important data from them. For determining the suspicious activities and alerts in the business systems, we constantly investigate the systems and analyse their information to verify their performance. In the role of BSA Officer, we are accountable for reviewing and updating the business systems analysis programs including the risk assessment tasks and their policies. We also monitor the business systems throughout the daily working performance to stay up to date with the activities that are being performed and changes that are being made.

Core tasks:

  • providing direct reports to the managers of our department
  • coordinating with the other business system analysts
  • testing the internal and external systems
  • providing guidance and training to the newly hired BSA offices
