I loved working here. Will work here again anytime. The pay is decent for beginners, get tips,friendly coworkers and great management

Premise needed a lot of love. Half the restaurant air conditioning didn’t function. Rain would come through the ceiling (I’m talking buckets strategically placed to catch the water). There was a kitchen fire - can’t remember the cause, but we weren’t opened for lunch service. There was a day where we had to close due to sanitation violation (listeria). Food isn’t from scratch, but from cans. Couldn’t honestly sell as much because I didn’t believe in the product. The owner humiliated the GM because he had made a choice to think outside the box and it backfired on him. OK, I understand he made a mistake, but to belittle him in front of all the staff..not cool and you’re the bigger infant.

I still have ptsd after working 5 years for this restaurant. The waste of food here is beyond anything I’ve seen, roughly 60% of food will go in the trash ! Bad management and unhealthy environment. Better be a janitor that working for Buca

Loved this place. It was more of a family than a team. Everyone did their job , stayed in their lane and kicked butt
