The onboarding process was a stark contrast to the interviews, almost like night and day. During the interviews, they emphasized how much they value their employees, making it seem like a top priority. However, once you start, it's clear that employees are not treated with the same level of importance. The promises made to entice you, such as an attractive bonus plan and a great working environment, fall short of reality. You have to be your own advocate and ask about bonuses each quarter, and the working environment is far from the supportive and collaborative space they painted during the interviews. It's a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering.
I would not work here again nor would I bring my business to this company.
