they are professional , humble , and respond with short amount of time. I had issues with HackerOne and their triage team , which are completely ignorant , I can't even imagine how they managed to get a job at hackerone , when you can't deferentiate between stored and self xss , that's an issue , what's funny is that I have reported an SQLi once , and the hackerone triage team didn't even recognize that it was indeed an SQLi injection. I think they should start hiring people like the people behind BugCrowd .
