What does a Builder do?

As Builders, we are responsible for providing a premier customer experience by planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to the construction of homes in accordance with company policies and building code while staying on schedule and under budget build strong, productive relationships with trade partners and all the departments. We Oversee process improvement and implementation to ensure quality performance and enhanced quality of life for our clients and trade partners to maintain a high level of trust and quality. In addition to that, we provide incredible and unique customer service to home buyers, investors and house flippers in order to make their future absolutely secure with our premium services.

Core tasks:

  • study specifications to plan on basis of starting and completion times and staffing for each phase of construction
  • order procurement materials to be delivered at specific times to confirm work schedules
  • coordinate all on site construction without supervision including daily interaction
  • adjust personnel and equipment resources as needed to resolve construction problems and to avoid delays
  • ensure systems are up to date for each house so they can provide timely and accurate progress reports
