Burlington Stores Company Reviews and Ratings
Customer Service
North Bergen, NJ - May 28, 2021
I was a teenager fresh out of high school. Burlington did give me the tools to develop some work ethics. However, management did not consider their employees. It is a job for a teenager.
Pros and Cons
Flexible hours
Poor pay and benefits

I worked here as my first job at 18, they forced me to miss my prom even though I asked for it off a month in advance. One manager told me I couldn’t have my graduation from high school off until I got someone to cover me. The made me work until 11:30pm on school nights leaving up past 2am doing homework, while also a student athlete. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you know how to set your boundaries because this company will take advantage of you at every turn.
Pros and Cons
Good people
Poor management

Manager was constantly late did not care for her. She was late the first time we were supposed to meet. She changed the rules of how things were set up for merchandising.
Pros and Cons
The company did not do anything outside of the job.
Did not enjoy working for the manager I had. She was late always.

Support Technician
Bridgewater, NJ - April 2, 2021
Worked there for 6 months as a contractor helping their store, corporate, and warehouse employees with their technical issues. Was stuck on resolving account issues for ~4 months until management realized that nobody was giving me the training I should've been getting over those months. At the end of those 6 months my contract was cut short with no prior warning due to budgeting reasons. Aside from those issues though it was okay helpdesk job.
Pros and Cons
Fully remote, frequent overtime opportunities, helpful colleagues
Iffy job security, lackluster training

I dont wish to comment as the saying goes "loose lips sink ships". HR and Upper Management only care about moving their own agenda rather than help staff.
Pros and Cons
Remote Working
Upper Management and HR
