Burning Man is a network of people who are motivated by the values of the Ten Principles. They are unified in their search of a more imaginative and connected world. They work to create Black Rock City, home to the largest annual Burning Man conference, over the year and cultivate the distinctive community that emerges from that experience. The 501(c)(3) Burning Man Initiative, which is located in San Francisco, California, is integral to this global network. Burning Man offers tools and structure to assist local societies in the application of the Ten Principles in six related fields, including arts, public participation, education, the metaphysical and social business. Burning Man project's goal is to promote and spread into the wider society the culture that emerged out of the Burning Man case.
