About Business Advisor

What does a Business Advisor do?

As Business Advisors, we monitor local businesses and design unique strategies for future development. We evaluate all sales and marketing plans for affiliates and recommend changes if required. We also collaborate with affiliates, prepare budgets for the business, and advise strategies to boost overall performance. We administer the effective implementation of affiliate marketing plans and ensure an appropriate position of products in the market (shelves, billboards, and showcases). We are also responsible for developing a comprehensive methodology that boosts affiliates' sales and marketing performance, giving them a decisive competitive advantage.

Core tasks:

  • closely follow new market trends to recommend changes in the business financial strategy
  • arrange and schedule meetings to get updates on the business' financial status
