About Business Analyst

What does a Business Analyst do?

As Business Analysts, we are responsible for identifying leading practices and improving processes of a company, usually within the IT sector. Backed by deep insights on the industry, we are able to identify business issues and their solutions. We conduct research and analyze data to suggest methods that can generate more revenue. Regarding collaboration, we work closely with management to find out their aims. We are hired both in-house with long-term contracts and by consulting firms for short term projects.

Core tasks:

  • setting attainable goals
  • implementing new computer systems
  • demonstrating how new computer systems can be used
  • demonstrating our plans of new strategies
  • liaising with stakeholders and addressing their needs
  • conducting workshops
  • developing training
