Job Description

• Perform data mining and analysis for Business Management programs spanning pricing, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, supply allocation and channel management.
• Analyze a wide range of sales data to derive insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop, automate, and maintain reports for Business Management Team.
• Model business trends: Pricing, margin, customer traction, products, channel performance, etc.
• Regularly present methodology and results of analysis to management.
• Make recommendations for process and system improvements and optimization.
• Collaborate across functions (sales, marketing, finance, operations).
• Key success factors: Regular reports issued per agreed schedule; Ad hoc analysis with results presented in a clear and compelling manner; Quality support of business processes; Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

• Expertise in Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM systems (eg. Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business and financial metrics - sales funnel, revenue, margin, fulfillment/deliveries, bookings/billings, etc.
