About Business Banker

What does a Business Banker do?

As Business Bankers, we are responsible for achieving predetermined sales volume and revenue by developing and executing a comprehensive territory sales plan. We actively engage in business networking and community activities to represent the bank and generate business leads. We raise brand awareness in the local community, where our bank provides multi-product banking solutions to the small business community while maintaining frequent interaction with COIs, community leaders, and senior business contacts. We also engage in cross-selling and referring customers to other business segments as appropriate.

Core tasks:

  • proactively manage the portfolio of assigned high-value clients
  • expand business banking customer relationships by identifying their needs and maximizing opportunities
  • source and make available credit provisions for prospects and existing clients
